| 1. Is the evaluation copy functionally restricted? Are there more options available in the registered version? |
| No. The copy you use for evaluation is the same as the one you might eventually buy. The difference is not in the functionality but in the period of use. Evaluation is normally available for 15 days, after which the license will expire automatically, but if you purchase the software you get unlimited usage license (restricted to the number of licenses you buy). |

| 3. I have purchased JCover and installed it on my machine. Is it possible to move the license to some other machine? |
| JCover is node-locked to the machine where it is installed. In order to move it to another machine, you will have to transfer the license to the other machine (simply uninstalling from the current machine will not work). Help -> Transfer License option allows you to do this. Details are available in the help document. |

| 5. How do I report bugs in the software I have purchased (or evaluating)? |
| If you encounter bugs in the software or just have suggestions for a future version, please send us an email. In case of bugs, we would like you to send as much information about the problem you are encountering as is possible. Specifically, if you can send us the code fragment that is handled incorrectly, that would be of great help. Do not forget to include details of your operating environment such as which platform, JDK version, etc. It is often better to send more information than less. |

| We support free upgrades/patches for up to one year from the time you purchased our software. After the first year, support costs 20% of the original price. |
